1960 948 coupe

One owner from new until I bought it in Southend-on-Sea, he was a teacher and ran it until his death in about 2002. I drove it all the way home, via Stranraer, which was entertaining. The gearlever used to ring like a bell at anything over 60mph. but it was a little flyer. I kept it for a few years until it became impractical - front drum brakes, no seat belts, no rear seat room... last spotted on the Internet at a show in Bristol in 2011.
