Yes it looks like you have an Accuspark electronic ignition , same as I’ve fitted to my Vitesse , though I do carry a spare set of points should it fail . You also have Accuspark marked on your plug leads

Finally got round to correcting body tub spread on the passenger side of my Vitesse saloon . The overhang at the base of the door was 5mm.
I used a spare seatbelt folded in 2 and joined with 2 plates and securing bolts . The ringed end bolted in place using the existing top seatbelt bolt in the rear passenger area. The other end (plated ) bolted and replacing the door catch.
The lower seat belt securing bolt on the drivers side was removed ( inertia belt setup) and replaced by original ring bolt.
The ratchet setup is rated at 2 tonnes and although the process was scary with groaning and creaking it worked and the passenger door is now flush with the body . The whole process took less than 1hr . Should have done it years ago
I checked the seatbelt webbing after the big pull and it was still intact with no movement at either plate so can be used again.

Yes the top bolt was the last bit . It was a pain and on one side I used a sharpened over length bolt and cut it off and added the nut . The bolt can only go in from the rear to the front of the car and access is difficult . I used 2 tools the chisel point was the most useful and had to cut it down due to access , both sections of the chisel are shown ( Screwfix I think )

From memory I used a screwdriver to start the process then sacrificed a longer bolt which had a ground pointed end . Once in place used the original bolt at the other end . Hope this makes sense .

What is the sequence to remove the door window ? The clips and window trims have been removed . Is the next stage to remove the window guide ? See pic and then remove the 2 circlips securing the window to the regulator
Thanks in advance
