  1. Hi All, I need to replace my spring / bushes on the gear shift as when i "push" down and across-left and-up to select reverse it doesn't pop back up after LOL. I've removed the tunnel cover and have to push up the bottom of the stick (where it connects to the rail) and then this "fixes" it. I have my eye on this kit. https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-519770 Are these hard to replace eg. a tricky job? Many thanks Jug
  2. HI guys, Just picking this up again. lol Does anyone 'causally' take their roofs off? - I mean say if its sunny i'll take it off one weekend etc... but then put it back on etc.. My 2nd question to follow has anyone come up whht solutions that allow for "easier" lift off etc? - (back) Windows flopping out etc or does that just do that on mine because the rubbers are so perished? Many thanks
  3. thanks for the reply - i note that my ones are almost concave on the face (in areas). i just wonder if this was a model specific style.
  4. HI all, Just sourcing my bonnet letters. https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-RL1402K Are these the correct ones for 13/60? - They should have a slight curve on them. Many thanks Jug

  6. Thanks for this Clive. So without such mods like the widened B posts the normal sedan could be in a bit of trouble? Jug
  7. This topic may have been covered numerous times, but just wanting to hear the technical insights. Although it is very technically possible to take the roof off a 1360 sedan will the tub / rest of the panels collapse in or something sinister as such overtime? I know it's another age-old debate as to weather one should be "allowed" to remove it or not etc.. 😅 Many thanks Jug
  8. thanks very much thats an excellent point.
  9. thanks for the replies everyone, Interesting to note that perhaps it is actually "broken" Yes agree the pinstriping tape is way easier just actually "technique" of doing this in a tight space. Does anyone have any pics of the front close up of the grill. thanks for all the rear pics. - Just trying to piece together the total picture. Many thanks again
  10. HI everyone, I'm a bit stuck on this. Slowly putting back together my 13/60 and i am trying to work out how to attach my front grill back on. (it's been some years) The "holes" seem to be just large squares? - Any ideas on whats supposed to go in these? - Many thanks for any advic. On another note i was looking at repainting this and adding the pin-striping back in. Is adding the pin striping (black) quite tricky?
  11. HI everyone, some questions / help regarding outer window strip... So mine are perished all the way past the 1/4 windows so i have picked them out and now can basically just see down into the door. Am i right i need this. https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-608278 1 length? per door and it will go from the start of the 1/4 window frame edge right to the far edge of the door? just slip down tight into the door? I then saw these... I'm guessing they secure it some how but says on website i need x16 of them? I can't see where they go? https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-613869 Many thanks for any steer .

  15. HI everyone, Does anyone have any tips on the "updating / improving" these herald covers. Probably not made wiht the intention of lasting till now, it's got a plastic lining full of "stuffing" and kinda flimisy firewall mounting points. - Any ideas - i see a tonne of after-market blow-moulded / fibre glass moulded ones are these simply the way to go... Anyone speak of improvement or advantage of these.. Or people comfortably using there orig ones? many thanks Jug
