  1. I’ve been looking for two years for one of them, in the mean time I obtained a couple of bulkheads instead, now have a shed load of bulkheads! Some panels good some not so good, but I still need to fix them altogether!
  2. I have the name of the original owner who had the car from new til 3 years ago when I rescued it from a field.
  3. You could have given this old boy at least a days worth of Glory Mr Scrapman! I thought I found summit rare!

  5. I found this tucked away in my Herald I’m trying to restore,Has been there since 1995 ! Part of the car’s background history so will stay with her.Notice the membership fee £26.00 for 12 months
  6. Many thanks everyone seems like a peice of cake then! I’ve got the added distraction I’m registered severely sight impaired so may have to clarify an answer again like where would the fest place for bracing be from too?
  7. Hi,The 13/60 convertible I’m working on “slowly “ has an extremely rotten rear tub,So I acquired a saloon tub with a view to using panels to mainly repair floor and wings and to patch the convertible! Then I acquired a convertible rear deck attached to wings with a view to just replacing the rear deck on the saloon tub and Bobs your Uncle I’ve got a convertible again But it’s not that easy I’m sure Can you experienced people please advised thank you
  8. Hi,I just read your post and have a couple of bulkheads where panels can be removed if they are in an area free from the Rusty stuff!
  9. Many thanks noted, that’s sorted for Father’s Day prezzies! New unions!
  10. Hi all, I am just about to start replacing all the brake pipes front to back on the 13/60 convertible that had been neglected in a field since 1995, so I recon I will have to replace all the unions although I will treat each with due respect and try and save each one in turn. From your experience do you have a preference on where best to source these unions and should I just replace all of them,I have a feeling that might be the case!
  11. Thanks Josef, some good pics, can you advise on what gage of tin sheet to best use in this area, as I will have a go at fabricating the areas! First.
  12. Hi,Are there repair panels available for the areas in the boot of a Herald see pics or do I need to fabricate them my self?
  13. I found her near Hassocks just north of Brighton at the beginning of the first lockdowns. In the time since I have removed all the body, stripped down the engine replaced both front out riggers and one rear out rigger and one side rail as they were like Lace! I have both front floor pans and gearbox tunnel next to do, and the Aposts on the base of the bulkhead are the next challenge.Currently I’m fitting fuel pipes and brake pipes back onto the chassis.
  14. Good day , Just joined the forum having found a Triumph Sports Six Club calling card in the glove box of the 13/60 convertible I’m currently trying to restore. Already found a useful picture of fuel pipe routing! Hopefully I have attached pictures of car I have which was left in a paddock since 1995.
