  1. Ok folks , The leaning spitfire saga continues. Starting from the front I have replaced trunnions , new shocks and springs took the anti roll bar off and turned it over and added new bar links. I have replaced the trunnions in the back and a new leaf spring and she still leans , any ideas ? the drivers side is 23 " to the wheel arch while the near side is 24 1/2 " which is too high.
  2. it's a replacement loom...I haven't disconnected the oil switch and yes to the rhythmical flash as well as the wipers.
  3. if I turn the key on the fuel gauge works so it can't be the voltage stabiliser.....all the wiring looks right....certain wires will only reach so far.
  4. I used the Haynes manual and I've cut back some of the tape to get a good look at the wire colours. everything looks right.
  5. I re-installed the wiring loom on my spit 1500 . when I hook up the battery all I get is a flashing oil light , if I turn the wipers on the jerk to the beat of the oil light , I've got tail lights when I turn the switch on but no lights in front. when I turn the key on the ign light does not come on and the oil light stays lit and doesn't flash. I'm in Rothwell (nn14) area if I could pay someone to come and help me. HELP.
