Hello everyone, I have just bought an 1963 Herald convertible in Penge London. It is in need of a respray and some bodywork. Has anybody suggestions

of a good reliable and affordable body repair shop not to far away of Penge?  Car drives well so I can drive her there.

Depends what you mean by affordable! My advice is to find a GOOD bodyshop, no matter what the distance. After all, a fair respray will be about £2000, and could be rather more.

If you want a more budget job, still well done but not as high a quality finish, then Andy Dann at Classic Resprays. Seen a few of teh cars he has done, all look pretty good to me. And well priced.

Thank you clive, phoned Morale Motors, but unfortunately they have a very full agenda and are fully booked until july 2016, wicht is a bit long for me, also the have to storage space

for the car. so .... I did however find a workshop that can store the car until wok starts and can Finnish the job by he end of april witch suits me fine.
