Paul H
My SGS compressor noise level changed and a plastic “relief valve “ blew out . That what I think it is and the room filled up with oil spray . Is it goosed or should I just refit the plastic plug . The plug is lying on top of the compressor . Just found the manual and it’s called the oil breather pipe Paul
Colin Lindsay
So methinks the oil wasn't breathing, pressure has built up and the plug has blown out. Can you wash the plug in petrol, or otherwise clean it out, and allow the pressure to escape again?

This is the only SGS product I’ve got left . 1 tonne and 3 tonne jacks have both packed up Paul
Paul H
My faith in SGS has gone and probably explains the pin prick holes in my last spraying session Paul
