More stuff from LIDl that I didn't realise I needed

I have one of these https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/135te-turbo-mig-welder/ it’s been great. Get a proper gas bottle and regulator too and you’re flying (the disposable bottles last 35seconds and cost an arm and a leg)

I don’t even know what sort of welder that Lidl one is. But it doesn’t look like a MIG and you almost certainly want a MIG for DIY car work.

Agree about needing a mig for car work, the Parkside one is an arc welder, also known as a stick welder, the inverter part means the transformer has been replaced with electronics making it lighter.
