Half a herald stub axle.....

Just on the off chance..

I'm about to start rebuilding a 60's formula 4 single seater race car. The front uprights seem to be herald ones carrying classic mini rear hubs for 4" pcd wheels. Here's a photo of the stub axle. I don't think it's a modified herald one so must be either specially machined from scratch or maybe, just maybe one of you knowledgeable folk out there recognises it as a commercially produced stub axle ?

whilst its similar the threaded portion  is not the same and triuphs dont tend   have a collar on the stub axle

I`m thinking perhaps another Austin/Morris/BL car of the same vintage?.
