Carba1984
I present my first question, I have a spitfire 1500 and I have the block, the crankshaft and the cylinder head to take measurements, I don't know where to consult what size of pistons according to the measurements of the block and what measurements of bearings I need according to the measurements of the crankshaft, could someone help me ? sorry for my english, thanks
johny
Just thought David the crank main and bigend bearings are common for the 1500 and the later six cylinder engines so these are the dimensions from the Vitesse/GT6 manual. Hope it helps...

DanMi
if you look on the back of the bearing and the piston crown they will have the oversize written. If you are getting them machined then the machine shop will measure and supply/tell you what size to get as they will measure what you have and calculate the work needed

The original pistons were all marked 'Stanpart'; the replacements have the oversize stamped on them.
