GFL
Hi All Anyone bought a Classic car via the carandclassic website from a Classified Advert? I'm getting confused with there Terms and conditions, does the Buyer get charged a fee? I can see wording stating a minimum buyers fee starting at £245, but is this if its an Auction only. Any clarification would be appreciated I've tried e-mailing them last week for clarification, but no reply as yet Regards Gary
johny
Yes not very clear is it, fees seem to be variable depending on how much they want to charge you! Thought eBay was bad....

GFL
I've printed off the T&C's, I'll have a read tonight. I actually made an offer verbally to the vendor that was rejected. I'm presuming the T&C's are different if its an auction compared to a classified listing advert? I know with the E-Bay classified Ads, you pay the £20 Fee and then are left to deal with any enquires and sort payment yourself without any further charges, this is how I sold my Sunbeam last Summer. johny
It says above 'we may also charge a fee to buy via some adverts. The amount is dynamic'. Bend over please sir😳
GFL
I've read the T&C's twice and still don't understand it! There doesn't seem to be any help line or phone number you can call and I still haven't had a response to my E-Mail Gary
