PeterH
I've never been happy with the seat belt on my Mk3 Spitfire. The semi-rigid stalk position the buckle hard up against my elbow - most uncomfortable. It is attached to the mounting nut at the back end of the transmission tunnel. It is the standard static belt as supplied by all the usual suppliers. Nothing I can do with it seems to help. What do others do? Colin Lindsay
Same as my Herald, in that car it's an aftermarket belt and looks out of place anyway. I'm replacing with statics which have a flexible strap not a stalk.
