Thank you all, it was just a test to see if we could time release messages, just validating the system.  I never believe a system works until I see it working or confirmed via validation. Comes from 20 years in QA in the pharma industry. Also our by word for actions taken was "if not written down/recorded task was not completed."

Nice people have responded but not really required. I assume if I see the message everyone does, but thanks for responses.

Graham, as a Mod, can you see the post shaded in red as soon as you post it ?

As admin, I see the post immediately, but it’s shaded red, and only goes to the normal colour scheme when it goes public.  Interestingly, I can’t see when it time delayed to unless I try and edit it, at which point I am offered the ability to change the release date / time
