Terry J Posted October 20 Report Posted October 20 Being new to the TSSC Forum, how do I respond to answers to my questions? Cheers
dougbgt6 Posted October 20 Report Posted October 20 (edited) You mean etiquette? You could post "Thanks very much!" or "I don't think so, you moron! " We do like to hear what happened to our golden nuggets of advise, you could tell us? There is also the heart icon in the bottom RHD corner which gives you 5 options, Like, Thanks, Confused, HaHa, and Sad. Go on, press HaHa, you know you want to! Doug Edited October 20 by dougbgt6 There are 5 options! 1 1

The point of my question was not to do with etiquette but if I wanted to raise a further question against a response. However, if you receive this post correctly then I have solved my own question. Cheers Terry 1
Graham C Posted October 20 Report Posted October 20 Just ask away, the thread is always open, it never closed. It is possible and ok to add questions or comments to old threads. And yes we have received you post. Lot of help on the forum, but expect some thread drift as a people can go of subject, just like a conversation around pub table. Graham 1
JohnD Posted October 20 Report Posted October 20 Think of it like a chat in the pub. It's not a formal debate.

After many varying debates and drifts off on complete tangents, you'll get an answer. That's the important bit: you WILL get an answer, so it's worth putting up with.

Cheers Terry I think you have got the idea Terry. You can use the "quote" function if you are trying to go back to something a specific person said or just reply if you are just saying thanks.

Graham Hi Graham, Sorry to be a nuisance, but still not got the hang of this website. How do I reply to a response, do I use the ‘quote’ function? On the responses I have received to my questions I cannot see, or find, a box called ‘reply’. Many thanks for your help Terry
dougbgt6 Posted October 26 Report Posted October 26 (edited) This post was recognized by Graham C! dougbgt6 was awarded the badge 'Great Support' Terry, Write in the box at the bottom, of the thread, type your response there and press Submit Reply. Some times if you're commenting/replying to something earlier in the thread you can use quote to tell us what yo're on about. Doug Edited October 26 by dougbgt6
