spitty76
Hi, Im going to have to replace the crimped connections on all wires going to the back of the fusebox (long running fault) and cant seem to find the terminals available anywhere for sale. They are a male crimp with a small 'kink' to hold the glass fuse when poked through the back of the box. see pic below from rimmers, sorry its not very clear. Does anyone know where i can get them? Thanks Thomas
Pete Lewis
Not henerally available , would suggest you need to buy a new fuse box assy. pete

dougbgt6
Agree with Pete. If the wires have to be re-crimped, now's the time to be thinking about a better fuse box. The original design is, not very good. It relies on each end of the fuse connecting the upper and lower parts of the "terminals" together. They are not connected until the fuse is put in. The terminals get bent apart and this leads to one end pair gripping the fuse and only one at the other end making contact. Then some very head scratching electrical faults result. Pete Lewis
get a all makes retro fit with lucar terminals then when you crimp a lucar on to replace the old you can at last remove the fuse box from the loom should it ever be needed if you have a Range store nearby even they sell a quick fit fuse box and cheap and all the crimps, you can browse the car stuff while the boss looks at the rest of the store ....
