Removing door skins from 1965 Spitfire

Hi everyone,

I wondered what is the best way to remove the door skins? One will need repairing and the other replacing. Cant seem to peel back the folds with a chisel as it is tpo tight.

Grind very carefully through the folded-over outer edge around the door, don't damage the inner frame but you can separate the folded bit from the main skin and it should then just literally fall off.

Be careful the cut edges an be as sharp as razor blades.
