R.I.P Herald Chassis!

Possibly the worst chassis ive ever seen, A real mix up of silicon, wax oil, poor welds, rust and filler yes filler repairs!

 

Anyway ive posted this for two reasons firstly to hopefully bring a little light to those that have rust or need chassis repairs take a look at the pictures and im sure yours will seem gold plated compared to this.

Secondly im completely shocked that this herald in its dangerous and un roadworthy condition had only just run out of mot and from inspection should not of been issued with a mot for years!! 

Externally this herald looked in very good condition.

 

 

P.S we dont usally scrap anything Triumph hence our full workshop of Triumph spares.But i think this one has seen its last days :(
