I do get emails from the moderators, so I have an insight into what is happening. So when you need to make a suggestion to CoM about an issue/complaint/etc etc please email me at gensec@tssc.org.uk. I will try and response asap. I may not have the answer you want, but I can at least make sure that CoM and staff are aware of what is being said, and the issue can be take on board.
