Adrian Saunders
My ‘72 GT6 has got this plastic mount, which is secured with a set screw. There’s no evidence that it’s ever been different but I can’t find it listed anywhere. Does anybody else’s car use this too?

Adrian Saunders
See in the picture, a small hole above the overdrive relay. Is that where the flasher unit holder should be riveted?
NonMember
From memory I think so. If I'd seen this post before going out I could have had a peek but the garage is now all locked up for the night.
Adrian Saunders
Folks, just spotted this on the underside of the two wires to the flasher unit. They have been rubbing in the earth lead, purple is almost through, green/yellow is through to the conductor! Close. I dare say it’s a result of having the flasher in the wrong place. I will purchase the correct bracket tonight and rivet to the bulkhead.
