dougbgt6
I would go to the club shop, some of their stuff is now expensive, but this sort of thing is chosen by quality. Doug

dougbgt6
I put on new shocks from the club shop, oddly the front came with rubber bushes, the rear with poly. The shocks were a great improvement, but I can't say the poly have made much difference, maybe they'll last longer. One thing , the poly squeaked very annoyingly for about 6 months. Badwolf
I have done most of the rear (except diff mounts) in poly bush blue. I must add, also new shocks (cheap munroe), leaf spring, tyres & ujs. The mix has made a significant improvement in handling and comfort. As for what has made the most difference.....????....discuss!! Maybe blowing up the tyres, who knows
68vitesse
Used superflex on my Vitesse was told hardness depends on application, i.e wishbone or shock absorber, not colour, some makes one hardness for all applications.
