martyn wright
Hi All! Anyone know where I can find a "Fuel Tank Sender" Smiths FT3331/56 or 213411 Screw Type? Rimmer have them at £50ish but does anyone else sell them? Kind regards Martyn
Colin Lindsay
I haven't searched but try Chic Doig. Are they the same as early Herald versions? One on eBay, Germany: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Triumph-Herald-Bj-59-71-Tankgeber-Tankmesgerat-Fuel-Gauge-Sender-Unit/132817120094?hash=item1eec846b5e:g:GyAAAOSwo7ZbwEg8
Pete Lewis
https://www.canleyclassics.com/demoapp/?ptno=213411 what gauges have you 1600 are normally waggy moving iron needles not slow bi metal that sender 213411 is for stabilised gauges , not used as far as i know on 1600's just make sure its for moving iron non stabilised gauges , as a early 1200 its a guess that its ok OE part number 205303 herald and vitesse or you can get involved with a new later bi metal gauge and a volt stabiliser to make it all match the two systems are not mix and matchable and when it comes to temperature gauges the non stabilised sender is 121997 and the stabilised a generic GTR108 dont mix them or you show as a over heated engine that isnt. pete
