That front bumper just does not look right, though.
Gt6ball
It’s been for sale a couple of times over the past couple of years I think its a beautiful car but for some reason I like the front bumper but I know what you mean! i still have the entire practical classics collection of the rebuild in my garage and use them for reference to be honest! what I would give for those doors though! In fact what would I give for any doors! lovely car!! stephen
NonMember
It's a bit Marmite. Except that I like Marmite. Very neatly done but just wrong to my eye.
Anglefire
Bumper doesn't follow the curves of the car - looks wrong to me - but what the heck do I know!
Nick Jones
Given the race replica theme...... why does it even have bumpers? They look like an afterthought. Too far from the car and right out of place with the T6 bonnet. I’d want a properly fitting hatch for 20k too, or am I being picky? Nick

AND fit them properly.
Pete Lewis
looks to have the retro fit hatch seal one size fits nothing ,and then nothing fits Pete

The main problem with the bumper is that it's a Mk1 bumper on a Mk2 chassis. It was never designed to fit there!
Nick Jones
Would look fantastic without bumpers, lowered a bit with some wheels with a bit of dish. Nick
dougbgt6
Sorry chaps don’t like it, ugly, and it’s got a sun roof 😱 Doug
Anglefire
I think you need to get off the fence Doug.
Adrian Cooper
I'm confused, the listing describes the bonnet as being 'original, ex works Le Mans' but Nick identifies it as being a T6 bonnet. Am I missing something? Adrian
Pete Lewis
would a race car be allowed to have a webasto style sun roof ??? Pete
NonMember
It's definitely not an original ex-works LeMans bonnet as they didn't actually look like that (and were for 1147 Spitfires, not GT6s).
