Steering arms ?? Which one is which ??

I am now replacing the front suspension on a Truimph 2000 mk 2 

not sure which side is left and right on the steering arms is drivers side lhs or rhs 

Also not sure where they go back onto strut think one end goes on back of stub axle then not sure

any ideas 💡
