fitting seat belts to a 1200 herald saloon

Can anyone  advise me on fitting Securon 500/30 seat belts to a 1200 Herald, 1966 please.  Where does the inertia fit at the bottom as there doesn't appear to be a flat surface to fit to?

There are quite a few threads on seatbelts, Bob - it won't let me search twice in quick succession but I've linked to one of the most recent ones. On 1200s it's the bottom of the b-post close to the floor, but I can't find a photo to illustrate! you should be okay with the belt reel pointing straight up as some of them won't work unless they're vertical.
