how about +- 0,25mm  0.010"

guess it needs to be something close as   it controls the height of the jet holder in the bridge but not the jet height as thats adjustable

OK, if they don't have the punches the easiest way would be to turn some up. From memory we didn't use or stock any ali sheet thinner than 0.9mm so it might be a dead duck.

Although it would be simple to thin out with wet n dry.

Morning Iain and to be honest as it's a hard to come by part and as you say wouldn't take much with wet n dry to make right it could well be worthwhile for a few members. Maybe a post on the Facebook page to gauge interest?

It's something I'd keep a few of as spares for any rebuilds.

the difference between 0.81 and 0.9mm is diddly squat  and  would you use a 0.9 if you found yours was missing

yes i would !!!!

it doesnt affect mixtures   just drops the holder a fraction so maybe more swirl the better over the jet.

the internal dia is not that critical  whats a bit of a rattle fit amongst friends .

the outer dia just has to fit inside the holder bore   if it aint exact  so what

Pete
