Herald 13/60 manifold wanted - now sourced

Anyone got a good Herald 13/60 inlet manifold? Mine has a water leak, no idea how serious it could get but don't want to remove it until I've got a replacement. Needs to have good water pipes. Cash waiting!

I've been asking if anyone does such things - either the parts or the repair itself - but no replies so far. The 13/60 version is curved whereas the Spitfire version is straight - I wonder how that affects inserts?

Just been in the Garage. Couple of pictures may help?. The O/D of the Pipe is 12.5mm (1/2") I/D of pipe is 10mm. It is possible that if you cut the steel pipe flush a 10mm O/D copper pipe could be run through the existing and similarly connected into the line?.

Hi Colin did you have any luck on the inlet manifold. I am south Yorkshire based but looking in my spares I may have a manifold

Yes, my first has been cleaned and the pipes repainted; no pinholes that I can see. The second is in the post. Always have a backup!

If you have a good exhaust manifold i could start on that, in advance of the winter work.

Hi Colin, glad you got sorted. Sorry I haven't got an exhaust manifold. Hope the winter restoration goes well just keep posting if you need any herald 13/60 bits you never know I may have it in my small stash of bits. Best regards martin

Got two, now just have to swap them over. I don't want to disturb too much yet until I can start in earnest when the dark nights really come in.
