PCV hoses on Vitesse

Hi. I replaced these a bit back, though are poor quality.

Some Poly replacements are on the shopping list, though in the meantime I was planning to use some better hose I have knocking about. This hose is straight and valve won't be fastened as is usual.

It is approx 10mm I.D and will sqeeze on the stubs, though the original hose looks approx 13mm I.D.

Will this affect how the engine runs?.

an open small hose is better than a collapsed larger 

and ive seen some made from copper plumbing fittings and pipework  cheap and lasts a lifetime 

needs a bit of a head  scratch to get it all  in place  

donr forget the valve can go anywhere convenient so long as its upright

Dave,

Replaced mine with some hose in the kit when I fitted a Mishimoto oil catch can. The old ones were very flexible and soft.
