Forum format problems

Hi, I can open and read the forum on my I phone and I pad but not on my desktop pc.

I have an apple pc which has been fine for ages but will not now allow me to read the forum, the format is all muddled and unreadable!

Any advice?

I'd clear the cache as a starting point - I'm assuming Safari? Run along the top menu to 'develop' then drop down and select 'empty cache'.  Any web browser will let you do it, just find the 'Preferences' menu and there should be an option to clear the cache. Let us know what you're running and we can advise.

Hi I am running Safari, I have done as you suggested but it has not made any difference.?

Try clearing the cookies next; Preferences / Privacy / clear all website data then either delete all cookies, provided you know your passwords or the Mac has them saved, or else just the TSSC ones. You'll have to sign in again on any affected websites.

If it was previously working with the TSSC website, but has stopped recently, then you need to reset the data for that page / web address, by clearing out the saved data from caches or cookies so that the Mac must reload it all again.

I have tried to delete all website history etc in privacy but it just reloads each time.

Is Chrome available for Apple Macs? If so, I would download that and use it for the forum - always excellent! Editing but I just googled it and Chrome is available for Mac machines.
