In the boot panels!

Hi,Are there repair panels available for the areas in the boot of a Herald see pics or do I need to fabricate them my self?

Those boot corners are available, but the other area is probably a case of home-made or possibly Chic Doig still makes them he used to make almost every section on request so might be worth a try? He has downsized now so might not have the same services as before, but he also supplied the boot corners I used in the photo below.

The boot reinforcement corner bracket Chic Doig sells is very different from the original. I bought one and then made my own instead. There’s a template of the required shape and photos of work in progress in this thread if you’re interested. The actual floorpan bits are mostly relatively simple curves and angles so easier to make than buy IMO!

Thanks Josef, some good pics,can you advise on what gage of tin sheet to best use in this area, as I will have a go at fabricating the areas! First.

I used 1mm for the floor panels, and 2mm for the reinforcement bracket. Beating that into shape was not easy! But it came out OK in the end
