    Hi everyone, the heater motor fan has stopped working on my 1965 Vitesse. I thought it might be an excuse to upgrade. I have read of Nissan Micra fans fitting without any alterations but dependent upon the year of the Nissan. Could I kindly ask for a link to save me a lot of research and knowing me getting it wrong as well. Help appreciated. With thanks. Bruce

    Hi Colin, The thin ones would be absolutely dandy. I have ordered the metal work from ebay. No doubt it won't fit but worth a go. We are off to France in the summer with the top down so any sort of blind will be great . Best wishes Bruce

    I think there is the metal work available on ebay. It's just the visors. Both would be ideal though!

    Before I go spending time working out a problem someone may know off the top of their head. The problem is simple in that when I put main beams on all the headlights go off. The blue warning light in the dash illuminates. Always used to work but stopped suddenly. Bad earth? 1965 Vitesse. I thank you

    Hi everyone, I hope the photos help to explain what I mean. The frame has parted company with the head rail (or whatever it is called). There is a small angled metal bracket that has snapped. I can't find it anywhere. Has anyone had this and how do I fix it? Do I need a whole new rail? Thanks in advance. Bruce

    Hi everyone, I have the chance of an MX5 box being put into my 1.6 1965 Vitesse. Frankly I think it would be a game changer allowing me to go over 40mph without the engine screaming. Anyone on here done it and are they happy with it? Thanks. Bruce

    Always nice to achieve it yourself. At the moment I haven't got the facilities or knowledge to do it myself without help from an expert. It would be good to know who quoted you if you can remember. I have seen a firm that advertise a kit but their reputation didn't sound too good. (Quiler I think it was) .

    Thanks Neil, Much appreciated. I did enquire of Vitesse if they made a kit for the Vitesse but they said no. Shame because I might have been tempted as I intend to keep the car and do some tours in it. The present set up makes long journeys just about out of the question. Thanks again. Bruce
