Thanks, Adrian. What's happened on my car is that the the seat backs' shoulders are becoming scuffed from rubbing against the trim at top of the B post. Putting a couple of blocks of wood under the seat holds the back in the right place, but I think it would need more than 5mm - more like 25. Might try and get some of those rubber door stops which can be cut down if needed. Anthony

I'm lacking the above parts on our Mk 2 seat bases, they appear to hold the seat base away from the runners. They're listed as NLA but presumably simple enough to find or make something similar, however I'd be grateful if someone could tell me what length they should be. Thanks, Anthony
