Stromberg CDSE start valve and adjustment

Since my last post on this I have managed to get the flooding under a certain amount of control. I replaced the electric pump with the original manual and that helped somewhat. I replaced the float and valve and a new float chamber gasket. It was pretty much dry in that area although there is slight indication around the gasket and carb throat with still a slight overflow. I have not used the car very much yet and am assuming that when I take it for a long run some of my problems might hopefully disappear. I have a few more niggles at the moment but I will post them in the relevant sections. Thanks All. Ken
