Adrian Hayward Posted June 23, 2020 Report Share Posted June 23, 2020 I have a Triumph Spitfire which was first registered on 1 August 1980, to bring forward the Road Tax exemption date from 1 April 2021 to 1 April 2020 I need to prove that the date the car was built was prior to 1 April 1980, otherwise its more Road tax for another 8 months. Does anyone have an idea how I could find out that build date ? I've tried the DVLA but they couldn't help. Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
