the 6 had a different cover as you described, but you can use the one you have with out problems i just used a small filter on the rocker pipe as pete has in picture .paul

you can still use it as i said put a small cone filter on the outlet pipe on the rocker.

definitely factory mounting point have had 6 pre 1966 all had the threaded bolt holes .. for some reason i thought they had a mounting plate, now see was just the belt fitting which makes sense paul

What belts do you have? The original fitment was a simple eye bolt into the chassis, which the belt hooked onto. I probably have a few of those eye bolts lying around. However, they're no good for modern belts, for which you need the bracket that matches the belt.
no the part i need is for a early car 1965 takes the belt buckle straps sits on rear of trans tunnel

hi trying to source a rear screen rubber seal for my bond equipe gt4s , getting to end of my refurb finding it hard to source this part as have none of the old seal for reference , can anyone out there help with a supplier and part number or even a old piece i could use for reference , apologise i have listed this on the restoration section as well, paul

personally i would not be driving the car at 60mph with out finding out if its safety related , u j wheel nuts engine mounts gearbox mounts who knows ,
