Thank you all for the information and the picture. Most likely when I get to it I will probably cut a light plywood for the back and across the bottom and carpet it for now. I definitely can see that a full size adult would have a little tight fit but if need be could get by. And for some reason I just keep picturing Nora ivy and pearl sitting in the back of that convertible what a tight fit that must have been.

This '60s coupe that I just recently purchased has no carpet and there is nothing in the back except for side panels my question is did these cars come with a back seat or was it just carpet and a panel. Pictures online of the interior back on a coup seem to be very few only found one and it looks like it was a vinyl covered back panel. Also it looks like a backseat from a sedan may fit it?

Hi my name is Marty and I was looking through some of the old posts and in one of your post about a coupe roof on eBay you had this picture of a car and I think it is one that I just recently purchased. The color the wheels even the sand mark on the front bonnet over the wheel and dent. And the gas tank removed. are all on my car and it still looks the same. I'm in the usa in new york.I recently purchased this car from a junkyard and was curious on where you obtain this picture and any information about the car. Would be of great help. They knew nothing about the car other than the person was planning on restoring the car but had passed away. Marty
