Unkel Kunkel
The best explanation and advice regarding rear brakes I have seen is in the May edition of the Courier by Vivian Arthur (p 14-16) Anyone overhauling their rear brakes, investigating a poor handbrake etc should use this as their reference source. The terms leading, trailing shoes, the explanation in terms of mechanics of the function of the brake shoes and the wheel cylinder mechanism is lucid. Highly recommended.
