I'm ready to swap over the front engine plate for a spitfire one and do the bulkhead surgery. Down the line I plan to sort the head, cam etc. But in the short term as I had a perfectly running engine I'd like to just relocate and rebuild down the line once everything else sorted. I'm aware timing gear will need to be removed. Is it possible to replace the front engine plate without removing the camshaft? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
