I am new and don't know any different at the moment but perhaps I feel I had a good deal with Lancaster Insurance but it may also be because I am a new customer? I also paid for agreed valuation, but didn't know TSSC did it at the time, so have emailed their required forms and images to Lancaster valuations themselves.
Sales was very pleasant and couldn't do enough to help me.

Hi - newbie in here now again. What is a good / poor oil pressure gauge reading under normal running conditions (yes I know need a book!)

Hi - first of all I am a complete newbie to classic cars and my Spitfire 1500, however as for a normal reading on the temp gauge, what should be operating temp during normal driving conditions and what is too hot (apart from steam everywhere - not that I have done that!).
I have also posted a newbie oil pressure gauge question in that topic area too!
Sorry all for the beginner basic questions but rather not run it than risk damage.

Just purchased a 75' Spitfire 1500. Will try and sort my signature out to try and get a picture of it. Nothing special I know however a good start on the classic ladder and hopefully at a price before they become not a beginners purchase.
