I've had a look and tried the EZ Power steering system. Advantages: Bolt in fit, manufacturer support, no significant modifications required, and as it comes in a box, the insurance company will be happy. Like all electric systems, its a bit 'vague', but thats the nature of the beast. If you are getting retrofitted by nature of a disability, it should be zero rated for VAT.
