At least with a VW you can get all the parts. The Toyota runs 'ok' apparently. It's had some welding done over the years, so i guess that'll be an on going thing. The price seems about right to me. The engine was used in quite a few Toyota's, but i think parts are still tricky. More ebay than dedicated parts suppliers.

The camping interior was removed. it does have a pop up top though!

Those VW ones are silly money now. My Mum sold mine for £300 as it was blocking the light into the front room after being parked up for a few months "awaiting repair"

Hello! I'm tempted by this campervan. The Vitesse is obviously being too good at the moment! Is it a terrible idea? I'm worried about parts availability and there doesn't seem to be the sort of club support support that i love! I'd love to hear your thoughts! Much better. They seem to be more powerful so they can even work in the searing Streatham sunshine. Definitely took the flippy floppiness out of them. IMG_0376.MOV

I went with the classic Johnson’s baby powder. No frills. top tip regarding the shield. The talc also highlighted some cracking on a fuel hose, so it’s off to the club shop for some new stuff. Last time I bough from eBay. Looks like it wasn’t the best quality

You have to be in the right mood to fit it, that's for sure. 5 mins meditation before

Definitely oil filter! I cleaned and dried and talced and it was peeing out of both the end and the bottom! It was quite lose so i gave it a tighten (more medium size monkey than gorilla) All good!
