PeteH Posted March 23 Report Share Posted March 23 Hotmail address are managed by the Microsoft systems. I`m guessing, but it is likley that the TSCC address has been flagged by M-S as Spam? You could try going to settings in Hotmail and ensuring that the TSSC address is not so flagged?. I recently had issues, with Hotmail, in that I lost access to my old provider and the backup e-mail was not available for resetting my details. I was blocked for a full month. All this computer stuff is beyond me, how I ‘ve managed to survive so far is a miracle! I dread to think what I’m going to do when the facial recognition system misbehaves and I can’t get through the front door into my own home one day!
