steveweblin
Recently picked up these bars of compound. Anybody got details of AAA branded compound. Am told the darker the colour the harder the cut. Before I start doing some tests just thought I would test the wisdom of the cloud.

Guest
Hello Steve. Have a look at this link: http://www.hollisonsupply.co.uk/metal-polishing-supplies/polishing-compounds.html Although the company does not list AAA specifically, it does appear that the colour not only reflects its cutting abilities but also acts on different types of metal. The company is UK based with what appears to be decent long standing credentials, so maybe worth a call to further your enquiry. Their brief on "About Us" gives the impression they have been in the business for many years so it may well be they know of AAA and can assist ?? Regards. Richard.
