Trying to trace my wife's old Vitesse

In 1979/80 my wife owned a Triumph Vitesse 2 litre Mk 2 convertible, dark green with tan trim, registration PTT 693G manufactured in May 1969. We loved that car, but it had to go when the children came along (a familiar tale!). We often wonder what happened to it. I checked the DVLA website, which records it as untaxed since 3 March 2002, the last V5C logbook was issued on 7 March 2002.

Does anyone remember this Vitesse? I would love to get in touch with the current owner.

Thanks for your reply. I agree, it's possible that the car has been scrapped, but there is a chance it's lying in someone's garage still. Fingers crossed!
