aeroroger
Help please! Is it possible to replace the slave cylinder without totally removing the facia/tunnelcarpets etc. Can it be reached from underneath? Roger
Pete Lewis
There are some fiddles you can do to remove the bolts, some from the engine bay with much which way with what , bent ring spanners and much head scrathing , getting it back is darn near impossible if you can see it from under then long extension and multiple uj may undo, never tried thisn really not for the faint hearted , afraid its normally tunnel off more ideas welcome pete
dougbgt6
Nope! You can slacken off the bolts mounting bolts but you can't get them out. The facia and the tunnel have to come out but it's not that as difficult a job, half an hour maybe. While you've got the tunnel out consider cutting a flap to allow gearbox oil top up.
