Spit bits

Has anybody had difficulty in contacting Spit Bits, I ordered a part last Monday 21st it was in stock and was small enough to be posted, still not received it as of today.

I have tried ringing several times now and the phone just keeps on ringing.

It's not so much the cost if has gone missing as it wasn't expensive but I can't get on until it arrives, hope all is OK with them and I have just been unlucky.

Good news, I rang this morning and the phone was answered straight away, it seems they had put the wrong postcode and the royal mail had returned parcel.

So will get it soon now, full of apologies for the mistake and will definitely buy from them in future.

I have always found Spit bits to be good honest traders, used them numerous times.

Enjoyed visiting their yard.
