Vitesse window mechanism replacement

I'm planning to remove the window / door mechanism from my passenger door and fit it to a new door. I've looked at the manual and it looks as though it might be quite tricky. Has anyone done it and if so was it straightforward? Thanks, Robin

Makes notes or pics on removing parts, its a reasonalble job , dont rush

 

if removing the silent channels for the drop glass there is a wire sprung coat hanger tie

across the bottom to stop the channels spreading and the glass flies out when you shut the door.

 

on the rail wheels there is a leather spacer washers and retaining clips/pins , needs greasing

 

its s rotate and fiddle to get the ndv bracket out the door top gap.
