Sort of. They are a bit inset compared to "our" car wheels. 

On a vitesse based kitcar I was gifted many years ago I tried fitting montego alloys (probably similar offset??) and they just fouled the rear radius arms. Solved with some spacers.

On a rotoflex car that probably wouldn't be an issue.You may encounter rubbing on front wishbones at full lock too.

 

These are similar issues to using sprint wheels.

That sounds positive. I actually have alloys with the standard offset on the car and with 175/70x13 tyres, there is some catching on the rear arches. 

 

Hubcaps next, I've seen a few Morris Minors using these with chrome dished hubcaps (not sure how they are retained) and the look is very period.
