"Support" not working?

Posted a request in "Support" some time ago.  No response.

 

Posted again tonight, thenthought, why bother?   So gneral request.  

Lost my passowrd.  I get into the fournm via my PC thanks to Norton, but not vi mobile.

How do I find out my old, or set a new passwprd?

John, you are correct, support doesn't work properly.  

I've no idea where support requests go, certainly not to me.

I don't have time or sufficient admin rights to dig around to find out how it works.  I'm likely to remove it as a menu function.

There is no way to determine what your password was, all you  can do is change it.  If I was able to look up your password then I could try and login to all sorts of other places using your email address and password - chances are I would find somewhere you used the same credentials.  Would you be happy if the site got hacked and passwords stolen so a hacker could try other sites too.  So for all members security the passwords are stored encrypted and not accessible to anything other than the login system.

If you want to change your password then it is done by editing your profile - link in top right corner of screen.

If you have forgotten your password then there is a forgotten password reset link on the login page.
