Kevinrpayne
Suggestions required please. I swapped out my rear spring on the GT6 some years ago because it was lop sided and bought a Rimmer version. When fitted, we never managed to get to slight negative camber even after leaving two paving slabs in the boot over winter and fitting a spacer block. Driving was horrendous. I was convinced to get One from jigsaw but now, without a spacer block It’s overly negative and the gap between the exhaust and the road is little over 2 inches ! I don’t think i can find a way to stiffen the spring but can anyone recommend a spring supplier that I can go for yet another replacement as I can’t drive like this thanks Kevin
Clive
Maybe swap leaves between the 2 springs. However, the poor road manners could be down to th erear tracking. If that is out it can make driving very "odd" but is easy enough to check/measure.,
Kevinrpayne
Thanks Nigel. Unfortunately I moved home so had to dispose of the old spring else I would have done that and next time I’ll keep the old one for safety kevin
Gadgetman
If you want a new spring get one from Canley’s as mine was excellent quality and made in the UK
