How to remove exterior door handle?

I can’t figure out how to get access to the second bolt of the door handle. I removed the door panel but it’s still not accessible, I need to take the handle off completely.

There is a circular cutout on the inside of the door - or should be, it's about an inch or more in diameter - and the top of the setscrew is accessible through that. You can only reach it with the window would fully up, though, otherwise the glass gets in the way. (I'm also assuming you've seen the other screw on the outside of the door end panel, where it shuts? It's the most visible one)
